City on a Hill Health Clinic provides free medical care for minor injuries or illnesses for those without insurance. Care is given by qualified, volunteer, medical staff. The Clinic also offers social worker consultation, assistance to access community resources and services and referrals to other health providers for follow up medical care.

The Clinic is a ministry of City on a Hill . The weekly clinic is open on Tuesday evenings with registration beginning at 5pm. No appointment is necessary but patients can call ahead for a registration time slot.

New Women's Health Initiative opened June 19, 2008.

Through a grant from the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Grand Rapids Affiliate, COAHM Health Clinic was able to open a new Women’s Health Initiative Clinic on June 19, 2008. It offers clinical breast exams, mammograms and pap smears to at risk, uninsured women from the community who are post-childbearing years. The service is offered at no charge to the client.

The Clinic is staffed by volunteer, licensed, qualified, caring female healthcare providers. The clinic is opened the third thursday evening of the month and is located in the Health Clinic at City on a Hill 100 S. Pine Street, Zeeland, MI.
