City on a Hill Health Clinic provides free medical care for minor injuries or illnesses for those without insurance. Care is given by qualified, volunteer, medical staff.  The weekly clinic is open on Tuesday evenings. 

Patients should call ahead for an appointment.(Phone Hours are: Mondays from 9a - 5p or Tuesday 10a - 5p)  Feel free to leave a message during off hours. There may be a delay in returning your call, but someone will call you as soon as possible.

Continued Care Clinic


Patients who need follow-up care from a Tuesday evening clinic appointment are scheduled and seen for a follow up appointment at our Continued Care Clinic.
NOTE: No new patients are seen at this clinic.

Women's Health Clinic

The Health Clinic offers a Monthly Women's Health Clinic  on the third Thursday of the month for UNINSURED women.  Pelvic and breast clinic exams are available and performed by female providers only with referrals for screening mammograms. Health Care Provider Openings: The Clinic is looking for caring, licensed MD's, NP's, RN's/LPN's or Social Workers who would like to be join us in this exciting ministry.
